Administrative Assistant/Secretary
Administrative Assistants usually perform such duties as : Typing and transcription duties as required., Establishes procedures that implement operational and/or fiscal policies, Interprets policies and procedures as established by superiors. Compiles data of operating unit programs, policies, and procedures, Drafts financial, statistical, narrative, and/or other reports as requested. Provides authoritative information that tends to establish precedents and which may commit a unit or superior to a policy or course of action, Composes reports and correspondence containing decisions of designated manager, Arranges, participates in, and implements, as directed, conferences and committee meetings, Coordinates and provides semiprofessional service for staff meetings, board meetings, committees, etc., Signs in behalf of superior, as delegated, his or her name to correspondence, requisitions, vouchers,  and other forms of consequence.

Database Analyst
Database Analysts usually perform such functions as: Assists with analyzing, developing, and implementing the physical database design in support of an organization’s formation technology requirements. Performs the maintenance of database dictionaries. Monitors standards and procedures, access methods and time, validation checks and organizational and statistical methods. Reviews, evaluates, designs, implements and maintains databases. Helps identify data sources, construct data decomposition diagrams and document the process. Implements codes for database access, modifications and constructions including stored procedures. Works under direct supervision. Reports to a manager.

Data Entry Operator
Data Entry Operators usually perform such functions as key data and verify production data from source documents. May work under a Lead Key Entry Operator. May plan, schedule, assign, and reviews work for speed and accuracy. Verifies and corrects errors in keyed data. Usually enters alphabetical and numerical data from source documents onto preformatted screens.

Early Childhood Specialist
-Provides collection development guidance for children's services staff, adult staff, parents and care providers.
-Shares resources and information with other libraries, educational organizations and social service agencies.
-Works with other Children's Services staff in the creation of new programs, projects and materials.

Financial Accounting
People employed in the Financial Accounting  field typically perform functions similar to the following: Prepare financial reports and advise their company’s management on financial issues such as cash flow and loans, Perform key data input and generate financial reporting information, work with the development and administering of financial information, May record financial transactions reflecting money spent and received by the company, May assist in the Preparation of  financial statements and reporting information, May work with filing tax returns functions.

Home Inspector
Home Inspectors usually perform such functions as: Performs an inspection inside and outside of the home. During the inspection of the interior of the home, the Inspector will open and close windows, stoop, squat, and bend to test systems, reach to test smoke alarms, etc. The Inspector will write a report throughout the entire process. Home Inspectors need to understand, in detail, building techniques (historical and contemporary) and the functions of all systems of a home. They troubleshoot existing problem conditions and offer a range of solutions and are called upon to play detective to determine cause and effect. They are asked to determine if a proposed remodel is practical and workable and will need to understand what a client intends to accomplish and offer suggestions and to provide approximate costs. They need to know the Uniform Building Codes and will have to determine safety and health hazards.

Business Management
People employed in Business Management typically work with departmental operational budgets. Prepare financial and administrative report information. Maintain interface with departmental personnel. Microsoft Expert
These individual's usually function as an expert on Microsoft Windows implementations. Technical and application knowledge of large scale implementations of the Microsoft Windows. They usually participate in and support interview and discovery processes, industry trend analysis and best practices, and development of analysis and final reports. These individual must be committed to meeting schedules and deadlines.

Microsoft Office Specialist
Individuals who work as Microsoft Office Specialist usually perform such functions as: Set up and prepare reports, letters, mailing labels, and other text material using Microsoft Software products. May perform such functions as keying headings on form letters, addressing envelopes, or preparing standard forms using software. Office specialist are required to exhibit a high degree of accuracy and independent judgment. They   may work with highly technical material, plan and key complicated statistical tables, combine and rearrange materials from different sources, or prepare master copies.

Mortgage Loan Processor
Mortgage Loan Officers typically analyze applicants financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting Loans. Assemble  Loan documentation and compute payment schedules. Explain to the customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services. Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information. Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals. Confer with underwriters to aid in resolving mortgage application problems. Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customers' needs. Stay abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs.

Medical Billing
Those who successfully complete the certification exam (after completion of the six courses) will be known as Certified Professional Coders, using the credential "CPC" after their name. Specific instructions for scheduling the AAPC Certification Exam will be provided. This series of courses is open to individuals interested in gaining insurance coding knowledge.

Medical Transcription
Medical transcription is an integral part of every medical office. Every time a new patient is admitted to an emergency room, medical office, or hospital, and every time a patient has a treatment or a test, a medical report is generated. Millions of medical reports are generated every day, and trained medical transcription individuals are needed to make this possible.

Network Technician
Network Technicians usually perform such functions as: Installs, maintains, troubleshoots and upgrades system hardware and software to personal computerhnetworks and peripheral equipment. Assess user training needs and trains users in effective use of applications; makes recommendations regarding hardware and software acquisitions and prepares documentation.

Real Estate Appraiser
Real Estate Appraisers usually perform such functions as compute final estimation of property values, Draw land diagrams that will be used in appraisal reports to support findings. Estimate building replacement costs using building valuation manuals and professional cost estimators. Evaluate land and neighborhoods where properties are situated, considering locations and trends or impending changes that could influence future values. Obtain county land values and sales information about nearby properties in order to aid in establishment of property values. Photograph interiors and exteriors of properties in order to assist in estimating property value, substantiate findings, and complete appraisal reports. Prepare written reports that estimate property values, outline methods by which the estimations were made, and meet appraisal standards.

Help Desk Coordinator
Typically perform a variety of network problem analysis and monitoring tasks for a help desk; triage network problems to appropriate technical staff; log, coordinate and track requests for assistance related to supported systems. May monitor tasks for the  help desk areas supported. Compile data and prepare reports setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations based on information from the Call Management Tracking System.

Computerized Accounting
Individuals who work using computerized Accounting usually perform standard accounting  functions using computerized applications: Prepare financial reports and advise their company's management on financial issues such as cash flow and loans. Perform key data input and generate financial reporting information. Work with the development and administering of financial and budgeting information. Record financial transactions reflecting money spent and received by the company. Assist in the Preparation of  financial statements and reporting information. 

Drug Counselor
Typically Provide entry level counseling at the non certified level. Receives close supervision from an A/D Professional Counselor Supervisor. Provides counseling and case management services to clients with substance use disorders with the least complex problems as defined by standard treatment criteria. Screen clients, assess clients, develop client treatment plans, make referrals, respond to clients in crises, and provide addictions-related education and teach life skills. Documents client-related information in accordance with accepted client record management.

Child Daycare Management
Typically Provide direction and coordination for the Office of Child Care. Develops programs and strategies for the coordination and promotion of quality child day care services for communities and work places.  Insures implementation and oversees a center for the coordination, evaluation and management of a daycare facility. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Paralegals typically gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents. Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, and real estate closing statements. Investigate facts and law of cases to determine causes of action and to prepare cases. May arbitrate disputes between parties and assist in real estate closing process. Fitness Instructor
A Fitness Instructor typically helps people achieve and maintain a level of fitness they want to attain. They assess a client's current fitness level discussing and setting the client's fitness goals recommending a diet that will support the client's fitness goals coaching the client through a type or combination of exercise routines periodically measuring the client's fitness progress -if necessary, reviewing the client's diet or exercise routine. A fitness instructor should be in superb physical condition and must be able to inspire and motivate clients to keep fit. Sound knowledge of different exercises and diet, being punctual and polite, possess a positive 'can do' attitude and good knowledge of health issues is crucial. They are usually knowledgeable on subjects relevant to the job such as aerobics, body building, jazz dancing, kick boxing, nutrition, etc.

Computer Programmer
Develop and write coded instructions that generate reports, screens or data for predefined requirements. Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct. Consult with managerial, engineering, business users and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes. Perform systems analysis and programming tasks to maintain and control the use of computer2systems software as a systems programmer. Perform programming and program coding. Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users.

Oracle Application Analyst
Oracle Application Analyst's are typically responsible for the supporting current implementations and conceptualization. Preparing the design and build aspect of any new implementation and rollout. Good technical-functional skills in Oracle Applications is usually required.

Call Center Specialist
Call Center Specialist is a five-course, application based certificate program. Students enrolled in this program will learn2about and develop critical call center management skills with an emphasis on both strategic and tactical call center personnel, operations, and customer relationship management. This program provides the forum for understanding, utilizing, and capitalizing on emerging trends in the call center environment.  Individuals employed in this field usually perform such functions as: respond to  emergency calls relating to a specific area of support. They usually follow established emergency protocol that is issue specific. This person also operate call center equipment and report to a Information Center manager.

What is the best way to help someone with an eating disorder like anorexia? Psychology majors study the way humans and animals act, think, learn and feel.

Certified Nurse Assistant
Certified Nurse Assistants usually work closely with the Physicians, as well as the emergency room staff, appointment clerk, ward nurses, the settlement nurses, and all other departments (as needed). They may work as part of a multidisciplinary team to assist in the delivery of outpatient services in a timely and effective manner and provides the nursing functions and support services in collaboration with co-workers and other health care professionals.

Licensed Practical Nurse
License Practical Nurse's usually provide the patient care on a very personal level. They usually report directly to physicians and RNs, and are usually responsible for taking vitals and monitoring in-and-out volumes, treating common like bedsores, and preparing or performing several procedures such as dressing wounds, bathing and dressing, and giving enemas.
